What do I need to bring to my pole dance class?
- Short trousers (must!)
- Long training pants
- Tank top
- Something to drink (plastic bottle)
- Small towel
- Socks or ballet slippers
Prerequisite? NONE!
In our Poledance Taster Course in Mannheim or in Ketsch you can find out if you like pole dancing and if the training suits you.
No prerequisites or previous experience are necessary. This one-off course is exclusively for participants who have never tried pole dancing before.
