Discover what makes pole dancing so special and let our team accompany you on your fitness and dance journey!
"I'm Miriam, and sport has always been my passion - a journey that eventually led me to pole sports. I was able to establish myself in the fitness industry early on and launched my pet project, the first Pole & Move Studio, in 2013. Since then, it has been growing continuously and inspiring people to increase their fitness and self-confidence. In addition to managing the studios as a business administration graduate specialising in sports management, I am also a licensed trainer. It fulfils me to support prospective pole dance trainers with my experience and to strengthen people in their flexibility, fitness and self-confidence. As a contact person for all my participants' concerns, I am always on hand with help and advice.
I started pole fitness training almost 10 years ago as a student at Pole and Move in Mannheim. My enthusiasm for this sport grew so quickly that I soon enrolled in the internal pole training programme alongside my job as a hotel manager at the time. I have been part of the team since the studio opened.
I have since left my main job behind and now work as a management assistant and trainer at Pole and Move. I am very happy and proud to be a big part of Pole and Move and to have found my dream job
